2010 Ford Mustang Badge
As one of the few muscle cars still being sold, the Ford Mustang enjoys a unique position in the sports car market. However, the Ford Mustang has its work cut out for it, as the Mustang is no longer the only choice for potential Muscle Car buyers. With the addition of the Dodge Challenger and the upcoming Chevrolet Camaro, the Ford Mustang with soon have plenty of company.
With the competition moving in on its territory, the Ford Mustang is due for an update for the 2010 model year. Although the update won’t be seen until the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, Ford has released the updated Ford Mustang badge.
Mimicking the design philosophy behind the current Mustang, the new badge is a modern day interpretation of the original badge. Beside the new badge, Ford has remained silent about the design of the 2010 mustang itself.
Ford dealers have benefitted from the demise of the Camaro and other domestic muscle cars in the segment according to Aurora CO Ford dealers, whose V6 Mustang sales have been strong despite the downturn in automotive sales. But as the segment will soon be far more crowded, San Diego Ford dealers are looking forward to 2010 when they have the newest Mustang in their showrooms.
