The 2011 Ford Fiesta encompasses what plenty of American consumers are craving. It has sleek styling, fun to drive character, and it even boasts 40 miles per gallon. Available next summer, the Fiesta is already a top seller in Europe and in Asia, and it has already earned plenty of attention here in the U.S. months before it’s available. What plenty of buyers will like is that the Fiesta will begin at $13,995.

Slightly smaller than Ford’s current small car, the Focus, the Fiesta will be offered as either a sedan or a five-door model. The price of the car was announced shortly after its debut last week at the LA Auto Show.

A fully-loaded Ford Fiesta will top out around $23K. If you ask Cleveland Ford, that price point will make it one of t he most competitive offerings in its segment. The base model will feature a 1.6-liter four cylinder engine that will produce 119 horsepower and 109 lb ft of torque. A five-speed manual gear box is standard with an available six-speed automatic transmission. Despite the dominance of foreign brands in the subcompact segment

With its handsome European styling and a slew of standard safety features and exclusive amenities, the Fiesta appears to be priced right to compete with popular compacts from Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. Despite the dominance of foreign brands in the subcompact segment, Ford Dalton GA is confident that the competitively priced Fiesta will surely make change this trend. Richmond used Hyundai dealers contend that the latest generation fiesta is a much more competitive product than the Fiesta of the past. And, the latest model should give Japanese and Korean models a run for their money when they arrive.
